Incetta di nomination ai Razzie Awards 2016
La sua protagonista ha conquistato la statuetta di attrice preferita in un film drammatico ai People’s Choice Awards, ma non tutti la pensano allo stesso modo.
Peggior film dell’anno, peggior attore, peggior attrice, peggiore coppia, peggior sceneggiatura e peggior regista: ecco le nomination di 50 Sfumature di grigio ai Golden Raspberry Awards, meglio noti come Razzie Awards, creati nel 1980 dal regista John Wilson come contropartita alla celebrazione glamour degli Oscar.
Giunti alla 36esima edizione, i riconoscimenti più temuti dalle celebrità hollywoodiane vengono consegnati a Los Angeles ad attori, sceneggiatori e registi delle peggiori pellicole della stagione.
I nominati sono stati determinati in base ai voti espressi online dai 757 giurati provenienti dagli Stati Uniti e da altri 19 Paesi, che voteranno anche i vincitori.
Oltre al primo capitolo della trilogia erotica, che nonostante la critiche ha letteralmente sbancato il box office, quest’anno si sono aggiudicati sei nomination il film di fantascienza Jupiter – Il destino dell’universo, Pixels e la commedia d’azione Il superpoliziotto del supermercato 2.
Concorrono al premio come peggior attore, il nostro Christian Grey alias Jamie Dornan, Adam Sandler (Pixels e The Cobbler) e Johnny Depp (Mortdecai); dal versante femminile, invece, se la vedranno Dakota Johnson (candidata però ai BAFTA), Katherine Heigl (Home Sweet Hell) e Jennifer Lopez (Il ragazzo della porta accanto).
Torna anche nel 2016 il premio Razzie Redeemer Award, che individua gli attori nominati o premiati nelle precedenti edizioni che sono riusciti a migliorarsi: quest’anno i candidati sono Elizabeth Banks, M. Night Shyamalan, Will Smith e Sylvester Stallone.
I vincitori saranno annunciati il 27 febbraio, un giorno prima degli Oscar.
