Londra è ancora in sobbuglio per il Giubileo di diamante della Regina Elisabetta II e i preparativi per le Olimpiadi 2012 cominciano a farsi frenetici.
In questo clima di grande fermento la capitale inglese si prepara al ospitare l’edizione della London Fashion Week dedicata alle collezioni uomo della primavera estate 2013.
In programma dal 15 al 17 giugno la kermesse, anche se al di fuori del circuito della moda uomo tradizionale dove spiccano invece Pitti e Milano Moda, farà da vetrina a marchi britannici conosciuti a livello internazionale, ma anche a talenti emergenti giovani designer.
Non mancherà un fitto calendario di eventi mondani e culturali, ormai abbiamo capito che gli inglesi ci sanno davvero fare, tra i quali spicca quello presieduto dal Principe Carlo d’Inghilterra al St James Palace in programma per il 14 giugno, giorno prima dell’apertura ufficiale.
